"Some Kind Of Bliss" was the first single from the re-titled "Impossible Princess" album. It was released in September 1997 and reached a disappointing number 22. This was the lowest "proper" Kylie single chart placing. It stayed in the charts for 5 weeks. The single was written by Kylie, James Dean Bradfield and Sean Moore. The 7" version had "Love Takes Over Me" as the b-side. This was a previously unreleased song and was written by Kylie, Steve Anderson and David Seaman. It later appeared on the double cd re-issue of "Impossible Princess". The cd version of the single contained "Limbo" (written by Kylie, Dave Ball and Ingo Vauk and was from the album "Impossible Princess"), as well as the Quivver Mix of "Bliss".
