This is Kylie's first single from "Fever". The single was released on 17th September 2001. It was written by Cathy Dennis and Rob Davis, who used to be the guitarist in 70's band Mud. It was released on Parlophone. CD1 included two new songs, called "Boy" (written by Kylie / Stannard / Gallagher) and "Rendezvous At Sunset" (written by Kylie / Stannard / Gallagher / Howes / Hampton / Chapman). It also included the video for "Can't Get You Out Of My Head". CD2 included 2 remixes of "Head" which were called "K & M's Mindprint Mix" and "Plastika Mix". The double 12" single also included the "Deluxe's Dirty Dub", "Deluxe's Dirty Dub Instrumental" and the "Superchumbo Todo Mamdo Mix", which was included on the Australian version of the CD single. The single went straight into number 1 and gave Kylie her 6th number 1. By spending 4 weeks at the top, it is Kylie's longest running solo Number 1 since "I Should Be So Lucky", her first Number 1.
