This song was the final single released from "Enjoy Yourself".  It was released in January 1990 and reached number 1.  It was to be Kylie's last number one until 11 years later.  It also featured on the closing credits of Kylie's first movie "The Delinquents".  It stayed on the charts for 8 weeks.  The song was written by Bradford / Lewis.  The b-side was "We Know The Meaning Of Love" which was unreleased at this point but later featured on "Greatest Remix Hits 1".  This song was written by Stock, Aitken and Waterman.  The US sleeve for this single is very hard to obtain.  So far I have been unsuccessful so if you know how I can get it, please let me know!
