This was the second single from the album "Body Language". The single was released on March 1st 2004 and was issued as 2 cd's and a 12" picture disc. CD1 included a new track called "Almost A Lover". "Red Blooded Woman" was written by Johnny Douglas and Karen Poole. "Almost A Lover" was written by Kylie, Karen Poole and Ash Thomas. CD2, as well as "Red Blooded Woman" included the much sought-after Chemical Brothers remix of "Slow" and another new track "Cruise Control." "Cruise Control" was written by Kylie, Karen Poole and Johnny Douglas and also the video for "Red Blooded Woman". The 12" version consisted of "Red Blooded Woman - Whitey Mix" and "RBW - Narcotic Thrust Mix" as well as the Chemical Brothers remix of "Slow".
The single entered the chart at number 5 and stayed in the charts for 9 weeks.
